01 / Research question

Mission files can move through multiple people, devices, and communications states before they are acted on. When connectivity is intermittent, the file, its authority, and its history can diverge.

02 / System boundary

TaskProof Mesh defines a controlled lifecycle around a mission object: creation, protection, authorization, transfer, modification or supersession, synchronization, delivery, disposition, and audit reconstruction.

  1. Define lifecycle states and the evidence required at each transition.

  2. Separate mission authority from transport availability.

  3. Model modification, supersession, reconnect, and reconciliation behavior.

  4. Develop test cases for disrupted and partially synchronized conditions.
